Jennifer L. Tinklepaugh Memorial Scholarship Fund
Jennifer was a student at the CULD program for several semesters before she passed away unexpectedly in June, 2007. She exemplified the spirit of CULD in the hard work and determination she demonstrated through both challenges and accomplishments. With the permission of her parents we are establishing this scholarship. The purpose of the scholarship is to help off-set the cost of tuition for families whose financial means would not otherwise allow for their child’s attendance in CULD. We hope that scholarship recipients would benefit from the program in the same way that Jennifer did.

Application for Scholarship Funding
- The availability of scholarship funding is based on current enrollment, the funds available, and individual family need.
- Due to availability of funding scholarships are generally awarded on a partial basis
- Once a child is deemed an appropriate candidate for the CULD program, families may apply to receive scholarship funding.
- Families who would like to be considered for the receipt of scholarship funding should call (607) 777-3313, email icdread@binghamton.edu, or speak to one of the Unit Coordinators.
