The Children's Unit for Special Programs
What is CUSP?
The Children’s Unit for Special Programs (CUSP) is an adjunct organization to the Children’s Unit for Treatment and Evaluation (CUTE). CUSP provides a variety of adjunct services for children ages 1-11, families, and providers. Various ICD staff members may participate in CUSP activities including the director, Educational Services Coordinator, clinical psychology team, CUTE staff, and advanced undergraduates.
What services does CUSP provide?
Services provided by CUSP include:
- assessment
- diagnostic services
- early intervention
- home-based intervention
- short-term intensive evaluation
- medication effectiveness evaluation
- transition program support
- parent education
- staff continuing education
- professional seminars
- summer ABA sessions and training
- service plan reviews
- consultation on specific child/family concerns
