Weather Policies for CUTE and CULD
- CUTE: CUTE is closed when both Binghamton and Vestal schools are closed. The ICD will post closings for CUTE on the TV channel 12, WBNG. If you are unable to get WBNG, you can also log onto their website at WBNG.com and click on the "Closings" tab.
- CULD: CULD is closed when both Binghamton and Vestal schools are closed. When CULD closings are necessary they will also be posted on this page.
